AN ACT CONCERNING PRIVATE DUTY NURSING FOR SEVERELY DISABLED CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Social Services to take whatever steps are necessary to provide private duty nursing as a covered service for severely disabled children in the HUSKY, Part B program.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide coverage for private duty nursing for severely disabled children in the HUSKY, Part B program.
