| 25 | 25 | That section 8-8 of the general statutes be amended to provide that in the event that an appellee successfully defends against an appeal of a decision rendered by a local zoning board which has been brought to the Superior Court, the appellee shall be entitled to recover reasonable costs and attorney's fees from the appellant, provided no municipality shall be responsible for the payment of reasonable costs and attorney's fees. | |
