(NEW) (Effective October 1, 2013) No municipality may assess any person a user fee, service charge or similar fee or charge for making, in good faith, a 9-1-1 call requesting that emergency response services be dispatched. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit a municipality assessing any person the costs incurred by such municipality in providing such emergency response services. | |
