AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TOLLS FOR THE EXTENSION OF ROUTE 11.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the Department of Transportation to establish electronic tolls for the purpose of the extension of Route 11 from Salem to Interstate 95, provided (1) such tolls shall only be located on the newly constructed extension, and (2) when all bonds issued for such construction have been retired, such tolls shall be discontinued.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize the imposition of tolls on the extension of Route 11.
