(NEW) (Effective October 1, 2013) The Department of Transportation is authorized to establish electronic tolls for purposes of funding construction of the extension of Route 11 from Salem to Interstate 95, provided, (1) such tolls shall only be located on the newly constructed extension, and (2) when all bonds issued for such construction have been retired, such tolls shall be discontinued. | |
