2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 368v of the general statutes be amended to require health care facilities to provide specific training to employees concerning the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) that is in addition to training required under federal regulations.
