2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to (1) require gas companies to jointly file a plan to expand natural gas conversion to potential on and off-main customers over the next seven years, (2) increase the payback period of the hurdle rate calculation to twenty-five years, and (3) allow new natural gas customers to pay the contribution in aid of construction charge over multiple years, rather than upfront.
