| 25 | 25 | That subsection (a) of section 29-252 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the State Building Inspector and the Codes and Standards Committee shall update the State Building Code not later than January 1, 2014, to incorporate revisions to the National Electrical Code, as adopted by the National Fire Protection Association, and thereafter as deemed necessary, but in no event shall the State Building Code be updated more than twelve months after the date of first publication of subsequent revisions to the National Electrical Code. | |
