2424 AN ACT CONCERNING THE GENERAL EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TESTING PROGRAM.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2013) On and after July 1, 2014, any testing service providing an examination described in subdivision (1) of subsection (a) of section 10-5 of the general statutes and approved by the Commissioner of Education pursuant to said subdivision (1) shall make available to the Department of Education data relating to such examination. Such data shall include, but not be limited to, (1) individual scores of persons taking such examination, and (2) annual aggregate data relating to such examination, including, but not limited to, examination scores and results, demographic data of persons taking such examination, the total number of persons taking such examination and the total number of persons taking such examination at each testing location.
