| 25 | 25 | That chapter 952 and title 14 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any person convicted of murder or manslaughter involving the use of a motor vehicle or negligent homicide with a motor vehicle be sentenced to the term of imprisonment imposed for the associated offense, but be subject to a fine of twenty-five thousand dollars. | |
