3131 AN ACT CONCERNING SWIMMING IN CERTAIN BODIES OF WATER.

3333 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3535 That chapter 440 of the general statutes be amended to allow swimming in any body of water where flood-skimming is used to transfer excess water from the body of water to a distribution reservoir during periods when flood-skimming is not occurring, provided swimming has been permitted in the body of water for not less than fifty years.
