AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISCLOSURE OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS AND OTHER DATA RECEIVED BY THE CONNECTICUT COMMISSION ON EDUCATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That, notwithstanding any provisions of the general statutes, the Connecticut Commission on Educational Achievement shall make available on the web site of the Department of Education any teacher performance evaluation submitted to the commission, any data received and analyzed by the commission, and any findings made by the commission.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the public to review all teacher performance evaluations and data received by the Connecticut Commission on Educational Achievement and the findings made by the commission.
