AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL SEWERAGE SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to give water pollution control authorities jurisdiction over septic tanks on private property and to require easements over such private property to maintain such septic systems.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the authority of municipal water pollution control authorities to include septic systems.
