2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to create a Buy American program that shall require any contractor or subcontractor working on a construction project in the state that is funded in whole or in part by public funds to use materials and products manufactured in the United States when possible.
