2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to allow any municipality with a population greater than thirty thousand, upon approval of such municipality's chief executive officer and legislative body, to authorize the use of automated traffic enforcement safety devices to enforce the provisions of section 14-299 of the general statutes, concerning traffic control signals, at intersections within such municipality.
