25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to set forth in incontrovertible language that project labor agreements, as defined in section 31-56a of the general statutes, entered into between a public entity and any person performing work on a specific public works project are enforceable and such agreements shall not be the basis of a lawsuit against such public entity. | |
