2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Joint Committee on Legislative Management shall study the feasibility of developing a process that would allow a legislator to electronically sign a bill to be filed with the clerk of the Senate or House of Representatives. On or before January 1, 2014, said committee shall report the findings of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to technology.
