AN ACT CONCERNING UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2014) The Labor Department shall conduct a study to evaluate the effectiveness of the current unemployment compensation system within the state. The department shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of the study to the General Assembly on or before February 1, 2015.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
