29 | 29 | That section 12-412 of the 2014 supplement to the general statutes be amended to restore the clothing and footwear tax exemption as of April 1, 2014. One hundred sixty-seven million six hundred thousand dollars of the state's excess revenue shall be dedicated to pay for restoring the exemption. | |
