| 28 | 28 | Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2014) (a) The Commissioner of Children and Families shall conduct a study of all programs for children and families offered by the Department of Children and Families. | |

| 30 | 30 | (b) The scope of the study shall include, but not be limited to: (1) Whether current programs offered by the Department of Children and Families meet the needs of children and families, and (2) whether any programmatic or legislative changes are needed to better protect and serve children and families. | |
