(NEW) (Effective October 1, 2014) Any person engaged in the business of funeral directing and any funeral director, as such terms are defined in section 20-207 of the general statutes, may serve nonalcoholic beverages and packaged food, as defined in section 21a-151 of the general statutes, to a person at the time he or she is making funeral arrangements or arranging for disposition of a dead human body at a funeral home. | |
