AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CHILDREN'S STATE FLOWER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Michaela Petit's Four-O'Clocks, Mirabilis jalapa, shall be the children's state flower.
