AN ACT REQUIRING MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC UTILITIES TO RETURN UNUSED CORPORATE SECURITY DEPOSIT FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to require municipal electric utilities to return unused corporate security deposit funds.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the return of unused corporate security deposit funds by municipal electric utilities.
