AN ACT BANNING THE SALE OF IVORY IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ban the sale and resale of ivory in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To ban all sales of ivory in Connecticut.
