| 28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to authorize the privatization of state park concession services and provide that the Board of Education Services for the Blind receive from any such private concession operator a payment representing ten per cent of the profits realized from the provision of such concessions. Additionally, such payment shall be in addition to any contractual obligation between the private concession operator and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. | |
