| 36 | 36 | That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to increase vendor penalties for illegal use of electronic benefit transfer cards for public assistance to (1) a ban of not less than twelve months on participation in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for a first violation, (2) a ban of not less than twenty-four months for a second violation, and (3) a permanent ban for the third violation. | |
