3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3232 That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Social Services to amend the Medicaid state plan, in accordance with federal law, to increase to fifty thousand dollars the minimum amount that a community spouse of an institutionalized Medicaid recipient may retain.
