2424 AN ACT CONCERNING UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION ELIGIBILITY AND TIME-SPECIFIC WORK ASSIGNMENTS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 567 of the general statutes be amended to provide that persons hired for employment for a specific time period shall not be eligible for unemployment benefits beyond the time period specified, except if such person's employment is terminated before the expiration of such time period, such person may qualify for unemployment benefits for the remainder of such time period if such person is otherwise eligible for such benefits.
