| 34 | 34 | That subsection (m) of section 10-264l of the general statutes be amended to require the parent or guardian of a student who will be enrolled in a magnet school or whose name has been placed on a waiting list for a magnet school to notify the local or regional board of education in which such student resides of such enrollment or placement; and further that section 197 of public act 11-48 be amended to push back the date the Department of Education is required to submit recommendations for legislation regarding the racial minority enrollment requirements for magnet schools. | |
