| 28 | 28 | That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to define alternative education, to require the Department of Education to develop guidelines regarding how students enter and exit alternative education, to establish the responsibilities of local and regional boards of education relating to the provision of alternative education, to require the Department of Education to assign an identification code to each alternative education program and to require each alternative education program to annually submit a report to the department about such alternative education program. | |
