AN ACT EXPANDING THE SET-ASIDE PROGRAM TO INCLUDE MUNICIPALITIES AND STATE GRANT PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4a-60g of the general statutes be amended to expand the set-aside program for small contractors and minority business enterprises to include municipal construction projects and purchases and state-funded grant programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the set-aside program to include municipal projects and purchases and state-funded grant programs.
