(Effective from passage) (a) The Department of Administrative Services, in consultation with the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, shall, within available appropriations, conduct a study to identify cybersecurity issues facing the state and to make recommendations regarding specific actions that the state can implement to promote and coordinate communication between government entities, law enforcement, institutions of higher education, the private sector and the public to improve cybersecurity preparedness. | |
