| 28 | 28 | That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall issue "Donate Life" number plates of a design to enhance public awareness of the importance of organ and tissue donations, and that a fee shall be charged for the issuance of such number plates which shall be in addition to the regular fee or fees prescribed for the registration of a motor vehicle and which shall be used to pay the administrative costs of issuing such number plates. | |
