2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 155 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit any independent expenditure from a political committee for the benefit of a candidate who was previously a solicitor for such political committee, provided such candidate was a solicitor for the preceding period of time equal to the term of office sought by such candidate.
