(NEW) (Effective October 1, 2015) (a) For purposes of this section, "licensee" means any person licensed pursuant to section 19a-80 or 19a-87b of the general statutes, and "day care center" means a child day care center, a group day care home or a family day care home, as those terms are defined in section 19a-77 of the general statutes. | |
