| 30 | 30 | That section 22a-174k of the general statutes be amended to provide that existing outdoor wood-burning furnaces that fail to meet current state standards cannot be operated between May sixteenth and September thirtieth of each year unless such furnaces are located at least five hundred feet from the nearest dwelling. | |
