2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to raise the threshold at which public works projects must abide by the prevailing wage laws to five million dollars for new construction as well as any remodeling, refinishing, refurbishing, rehabilitation, alteration or repair work.
