(NEW) (Effective October 1, 2015) No clinical laboratory, as defined in section 19a-30 of the general statutes, that offers hair follicle drug testing as part of its array of diagnostic testing services shall refuse to administer a hair follicle drug test that has been ordered by a physician or physician assistant, licensed under chapter 370 of the general statutes, or an advanced practice registered nurse, licensed under chapter 378 of the general statutes. | |
