AN ACT CONCERNING PRIOR REVIEW OF INSURANCE DEPARTMENT GUIDELINES AND BULLETINS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2015) The Insurance Department shall submit to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to insurance all guidelines and bulletins the department intends to issue. Such guidelines and bulletins shall be issued not earlier than sixty days after such submission.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
