2626 AN ACT CONCERNING STATE LIABILITY FOR INJURIES CAUSED BY DEFECTIVE HIGHWAYS.

2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3030 That section 13a-144 of the general statutes be amended to provide that an individual, who is injured as the result of a defective highway, shall provide written notice of such injury to the Commissioner of Transportation not later than six months after the date on which the injury occurred.
