7 | 26 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

9 | 28 | Section 1. Section 16-26 of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 1, 2015): | |

Time shall be reserved at each hearing session for public comment. Upon petition of not fewer than twenty-five persons affected by such matter, such a session shall be held in the evening. The authority shall have the discretion to hold the remainder of its hearings, if any, anywhere within the state of Connecticut. | |
