2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 157 of the general statutes be amended to require that a qualifying candidate's grant from the Citizens' Election Fund for a primary campaign shall be reduced by half if no other opposing candidate qualifies for any such grant.
