2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 29-5 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the amount that municipalities pay the cost of overtime and the portion of fringe benefits associated with such overtime of resident state policemen from one hundred per cent to seventy per cent.
