| 28 | 28 | That the Judicial Department, in consultation with the Office of Policy and Management, the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Economic and Community Development, shall (1) study the evidentiary standard for environmental issues in actions concerning affordable housing applications, and (2) establish evidentiary standards for such environmental issues to ensure the safety of local residents and the preservation of the environment. | |
