2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2015) The Commissioner of Children and Families shall, within available appropriations, conduct a study to evaluate the department's programs affecting the well-being of children in the state. The commissioner shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to children on or before February 1, 2016.
