28 | 28 | Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2016) Any municipality may, by ordinance, establish a schedule of reasonable fees for the processing of certificate of appropriateness applications by a historic properties commission established pursuant to chapter 97a of the general statutes. | |
