| 28 | 28 | That subsection (i) of section 14-12 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to issue a temporary registration to the owner of a motor vehicle that needs a safety inspection or emissions inspection for at least twenty-one days, instead of a period of time to be determined by the commissioner. | |
