2424 AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A RECOVERY HIGH SCHOOL IN CONNECTICUT.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to establish a recovery high school that (1) is based on the model used in Massachusetts, and (2) receives funding from (A) grants for mental health and substance abuse treatment that support academics, counseling and peer support, and (B) the school district otherwise responsible for educating a student enrolled in the recovery high school.
