2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3030 That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to grant a tuition fee waiver for any resident of the state who is a parent, surviving spouse or dependent child of a person who was (1) killed in action while performing active military duty with the armed forces of the United States, and (2) a resident of the state.
