2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That subsection (d) of section 10a-77 of the general statutes be amended to provide a tuition waiver for up to two years to any person who is a first responder that has at least one year of active and honorable service as a first responder and a letter of recommendation from his or her supervisor.
